Passengers on the 26 Glacier Cruise will have the choice of either rail or motorcoach transportation to Whittier if they are not driving their own vehicle.

• Full refund less $25.00 fee, if reservations cancelled 8 days or more in advance. 25% cancellation fee If cancelled within 2 to 7 days prior to cruise date. No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours of cruise date. 
• Children’s fares apply to children ages 2-11, infants under the age of 2 travel free.

Cancellation Policy-Individual Cruise Passengers: PC&T reserves the right to deviate from the planned cruise route if, in their judgment, it is necessary due to weather or any other extraordinary circumstances. Any variation in the cruise route will be in the best interest of the passengers and will be done to maximize their comfort, safety, and enjoyment. If such a deviation is necessary, it will not be reason for refund.

Alaska Railroad Transportation – Full refund if cancelled 8 days or more, less $25.00 fee.

Change Penalties:

• 26 Glacier / Glacier Quest/or Motor Coach -a fee of $25.00 per reservation will be charged for any date changes. Reservations changed less than 48 hours before the cruise remain non-refundable.
• Alaska Railroad Transportation a fee of $25.00 per booking will be charged for any changes. No changes allowed 7 days prior to travel and tickets are non-refundable.

2012 SCHEDULES

Both Cruise operate out of the Port of Whittier, 60 Miles Southeast from Anchorage.

The 26 Glacier Cruise operates daily May 1 daily thru September 30, 2012.

The Glacier Quest Cruise operates daily May 15 through September 15, 2012

The Alaska Railroad departs daily from the Rail Depot on 1st Ave. in downtown Anchorage May 19 through Sept. 16, 2012. One additional day September 19.

The Motorcoach departs daily from the Hotel Captain Cook 5th Avenue entrance May 1 thru September 30, 2012.
